Refund and Returns Policy

At Yaffa, your satisfaction is our priority.

Returns: Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Timeframe: Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Process: Share a photo/video of the product with your order details at info@yaffa.in for review.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of food and consumable items (saffron, walnuts, shilajit, etc.), opened or used products cannot be returned.

We request you to inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there’s any issue.
