Refund and Returns Policy

No Return, No Refund Policy

At Yaffa.in, we deal in pure, natural, and often perishable wellness products sourced directly from the Himalayas and Kashmiri valleys. To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product purity, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

Why we cannot accept returns:

Hygiene & Safety: Products like Shilajit, Saffron, and Honey are consumables. Once the seal is broken or the product leaves our controlled environment, it cannot be resold for safety reasons.

Perishability: Many of our products (like Sea Buckthorn juice) have specific storage requirements that cannot be guaranteed during a return transit.

Damage & Quality Claims

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit.
Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a replacement for damage, customers must record a continuous unboxing video starting from the sealed outer courier bag.

Reporting Window: Issues must be reported to info@yaffa.in within 24 hours of delivery.

Resolution: If verified, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost. We do not provide cash refunds.

### Order Cancellation Policy

At Yaffa.in, we take pride in our rapid fulfillment process to ensure that our pure, natural products from the Himalayas reach you as quickly as possible. Because we begin processing, packaging, and allocating high-value inventory immediately upon order confirmation, we enforce a strict No Cancellation Policy.

 1. Finality of Order
Once an order is placed and payment is successfully processed, it is considered final. We do not allow cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to:

* Change of mind.
* Accidental duplicate orders.
* Incorrect item selection.
* Change in shipping address (see Section 3).

2. Immediate Processing
Our backend system is designed to trigger the fulfillment workflow immediately. This involves:

Quality Inspection : Each gram of Saffron or Shilajit is inspected before sealing.

Logistics Commitment: Courier partners are notified, and shipping labels are generated instantly to meet delivery timelines.

Due to this automated process, we are unable to “stop” or “recall” an order once it has been entered into our system.

3. Incorrect Information
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all shipping and contact information is correct at the time of checkout.

We cannot cancel orders due to an incorrect address.
If you notice an error in your address, contact us at info@yaffa.in within 30 minutes. While we will attempt to update the label, we cannot guarantee changes and no cancellations will be granted if the package has already been handed to the courier.

4. Refusal of Delivery
If a customer refuses to accept the delivery of their order, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases:

No refund will be issued.
The customer will be liable for the original shipping cost plus any return-to-origin (RTO) fees charged by the courier.

 5. Exceptional Circumstances

In the extremely rare event that *Yaffa.in* is unable to fulfill your order due to a stock-out or quality issue on our end, we will contact you immediately and provide a full refund. This is the *only* circumstance under which an order will be cancelled.
